1. System requirements and hardware:
For AISHE to function optimally, your computer requires certain hardware and software components. Make sure your system meets the following requirements:
Operating system:
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit): AISHE is specifically designed for these operating systems and offers the best performance.
- Other operating systems: If you would like to use a different operating system, this is possible under certain conditions. To do this, you need a so-called virtual machine (VM). This is basically a computer within your computer that you can install another operating system on. For the VM to function smoothly, at least 4 CPU cores should be available.
Hardware:
- Processor: The processor is the "brain" of your computer. For AISHE, at least a 6th generation Intel processor with at least 4 cores (e.g. i5 or i7) is recommended. The more powerful the processor, the faster AISHE works.
- Main memory (RAM): RAM is your computer's short-term storage. At least 8 GB of RAM is required to run AISHE smoothly.
- Hard drive: The programs and data are stored on your hard drive. Make sure there is enough free space (at least 4 GB).
- Graphics card: An integrated graphics card is usually sufficient to operate AISHE. You don't need a special graphics card for gaming or graphic design.
Why are these requirements important?
- Perfomance: A powerful processor and sufficient RAM ensure that AISHE works quickly and responsively.
- Stability: The above requirements ensure stable and reliable system performance.
- Compatibility: Selecting a compatible operating system and the right hardware is crucial for successful installation and use of AISHE.
2. Operating System Setup:
- Installation: A clean Windows installation is recommended to avoid conflicts.
- Updates: Install all current Windows updates.
- Regional settings: Adjust language, time zone, date and number format accordingly.
Goal: To prepare a new installation so that the system always displays London time regardless of the user's location, the Internet settings are set to "private" and the date format is set to English (dd.MM.YYYY HH:MM).
Key points and steps:
Operating system:
- Selection: Choose an operating system that allows detailed customization of time zone, date format, and network settings. Windows, macOS and Linux distributions usually offer extensive options.
- Installation:
- Begin the reinstallation.
- Language: During installation, select the language "English".
- Region and language:
- Region: Select "United Kingdom" or another region that uses the GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) time zone.
- Format: Make sure the date format is set to "dd.MM.YYYY" and the time format is set to "HH:MM".
-
Time zone:
- Attitude:
- After installation, go to System Preferences and find the “Date and Time” or “Region” section.
- Time zone: Explicitly select “London” or “GMT” as the time zone.
- Automatic setting: Disable any automatic time zone detection or synchronization option.
-
Internet settings:
- Privacy:
- Navigate to Network Settings or Internet Explorer.
- Proxy settings: Make sure no proxy servers are configured.
- Data protection: Enable any privacy features that prevent the ISP from collecting information about your browsing behavior.
-
Date format:
- Examination:
- In the regional settings, check that the date format is still set to "dd.MM.YYYY".
- Applications: Some applications may have their own date format settings. Check these too.
These detailed steps ensure that regardless of the user's physical location, the system displays London time, internet settings are set to private, and the date format is in English (DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM) is set.

4. Setting up Metatrader 4:

- Installation: Run the downloaded file and follow the installation wizard instructions.
4.2 Opening a demo account

Important instructions:
- Unlimited Use: Make sure your broker's MT4 version has no restrictions on the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or other automated trading systems.
- RTD (Real-time Data): Check if your broker offers real-time market data (RTD). This is essential for the successful use of AISHE.
- Demo Account: A demo account allows you to test MT4 and your trading strategies risk-free.
- Customer support: If you have any questions or problems, contact your broker’s customer support.
Why is it important to choose a broker with unlimited MT4 usage? Some brokers offer MT4 versions that limit certain features. This may result in AISHE not functioning properly or in your inability to perform certain actions.
By carefully selecting a broker and setting up MT4 correctly, you will lay the foundation for a successful cooperation with AISHE.
5. Installing AISHE:
- Download: Download the AISHE installer.
- Installation: Run the installer and follow the instructions.
- configuration: Configure AISHE with the required parameters (database connection, working directories).
Notes on installing the AISHE system client:
- Date format:
During the installation of the AISHE System Client, it is important that the date format of your system is set to (dd.MM.yyyy). This specific date format is crucial for accurate data exchange and processing within the AISHE system.
2. Folder "ID" cannot be created:
The most common problem during initial installation is that the "ID" folder in the "C:\Drive\ID12345678" directory cannot be created. This has to do with your computer's security settings.
Please check the following:
- Is the C:\Drive folder actually located on the C: drive?
- In this folder there must be a subfolder with your AISHE client ID, for example "C:\Drive\ID1234546" (your ID will be displayed in the information area in the installation wizard).
- If the folder does not exist, you can also create it yourself.
3. Administrator rights:
Important: Please note that the AISHE client and the assistant only work with administrator rights. Any limitation may affect the performance of the AISHE client.
Because using the client on a personal computer is not recommended, you should also disable the following:
- Energy saving functions (OFF)
- Screen saver (OFF)
- Virus scanners (except Defender, which comes with Windows)
Alternatively, you can disable these features completely.
