Moreover, OpenAI should introduce an age verification system by the end of September that can exclude access to users under 13. The watchdog has also requested that non-users should be able to oppose the processing of their personal data in a simple and accessible manner.
Garante will continue to investigate potential breaches of data protection rules by OpenAI, reserving the right to impose further measures if necessary.
